This week we are starting our Goldilocks and The Three Bears unit. I have many fun activities planned for each day this week. I hope the students are going to enjoy it. I had a great time planning this lesson. We will be reading the story, studying sizes, what happens first, then, and last, we will be focusing on characters, setting, and props used for the story and we are even going to make some fun masks and learn a fun song. You will see their progress through the week as papers and projects come home.We are also starting Topic 1 in our eVision math series this week, numbers to 12. The students will get to experience going to math stations each day this week. We did a little mini course on math stations Friday and they seemed to enjoy it.
This week I will also be sending home a photo release form so you can see your child's picture on the blog. I hope to take video of things we are doing in the classroom too. Stay tuned and join/follow my blog to stay updated.
